Finca with Guesthouse in Santa Maria/ Portol

This beautiful country house is located between Santa Maria del Cami and Portol, just 5 minutes from shopping facilities, restaurants and cafés and about 15 minutes to Palma. The main house offers three bedrooms, one with bathroom en suite, a second separate bathroom, a fully fitted kitchen with a dining area, a spacious living room with fireplace and a large covered terrace with a nice lounge overlooking the garden and pool area. A separate guest apartment offers another bedroom, a bathroom and a small kitchen/dining space. In the garden there is a large 12m swimming pool, an outdoor shower with toilet and a barbecue area.

Santa Maria del Cami

This beautiful country house in Santa Maria del Cami, just 12 km from Palma, is set on a little hill with nice views and offers a lot of privacy and tranquility. The house with 190 m, is divided into two floors: the ground floor offers a lovely dining and living room with a fireplace,a fully fitted kitchen and a bedroom with bathroom en suite. On the upper floor there are 2 further bedrooms with bathrooms en suite,and whirlpool bathtubs. All bedrooms are equipped with plasma TV. In the Mediterranean garden there are many ways to relax: at the pool, which is surrounded with a teak terrace, in the sauna or in the beautiful terraced lounge area.

Beautiful Finca in Selva

Beautifully stone faced village house furnished in a very attractive style and situated in the picturesque village Selva. The house is set in a quiet area of the village, but with walking distance to cafés and restaurants, supermarket and other facilities. The house is divided into several levels and provides a dining room, two lounges, a fully fitted kitchen, a spacious complete bathroom, another bathroom (with shower only), two double bedrooms and another bedroom with two single beds. Externally it has various terraces on different levels, a covered terrace with barbeque and a large pool.
